How the checker works
It removes common words and job-posting boilerplate, then counts single words and two- and three-word phrases that repeat in the posting. The most frequent terms become the keyword list, and the match percentage weights each keyword by how often the posting uses it. Small spelling variations like "manage" and "managing" are treated as the same word, but synonyms ("CRM" vs. "Salesforce") are not.
